We are getting to know the project.

It all starts with the property, your requirements and the desired outcome.
Together, we will determine which areas are to be refurbished or modernised and which factors need to be taken into account. During an on-site visit, we will gain a thorough understanding of the current situation.

02. Services & Planning

We set out the necessary measures.

Which trades are required? Which tasks are interdependent? Where is additional planning required?
We organise the individual requirements into a logical structure and, where necessary, bring in suitable architects, planners or other specialists.
This provides a clear basis for implementation.

03. Project preparation

Individual contributions come together to form a joint project.

The required trades are brought together, processes are prepared and the necessary interfaces are defined. This results in a project plan that links the various parties involved. You will have a single point of contact for the entire project.

04. Implementation & Coordination

We coordinate the various trades.

During implementation, IV Elements coordinates the specialist contractors involved and ensures that the individual stages of work are aligned. Deadlines, dependencies and necessary coordination are managed centrally. This ensures that the overall project remains under control, even when several trades are working simultaneously.

05. Completion & Handover

Until all services have been consolidated.

What is the difference between a main contractor and a construction supervisor?

Bei der Baubegleitung haben Sie einzelne Gewerke oder Fachbetriebe dagegen bereits selbst beauftragt oder möchten diese eigenständig vergeben. IV Elements unterstützt dann bei Projektstruktur, Abstimmung, Termin- und Schnittstellenkoordination, ohne selbst alle Leistungen als Generalunternehmen zu übernehmen.

Can refurbishment work be carried out whilst the site is still in operation?

In principle, yes, provided that the nature and scope of the work allow for this.
Careful scheduling is crucial, particularly in nurseries, medical practices, offices and other occupied premises. We assess which works can be carried out within suitable time slots and how the various trades can be co-ordinated as effectively as possible with day-to-day operations.

Does IV Elements also undertake smaller refurbishment projects?

Yes. Not every project needs to involve a complete refurbishment.

Modernising individual rooms or coordinating several selected trades can also form part of a project. The key is to ensure that the scope of the work and the level of support required are well matched.

Can private properties also be renovated?

Yes. As well as commercial projects, IV Elements also oversees the refurbishment and modernisation of private properties in Berlin and Brandenburg.
